Snow

The town got a light dusting of snow this morning. Pretty sure this is the first snow I’ve seen. Cleared up before lunch though.

Saw my folks off at the train station.

Another day, another diagram for the Regensburg paper. Still part of the “how to visualise a local branch point” sequence.

Went into the office for a bit.

Worked on a single diagram for Regensburg surfaces paper — deformations of local model of a branch point.

Went to the library and borrowed out To Live by Yu Hua on recommendation.

Dinner with the folks at the Slow & Steady. They head off tomorrow.

Didn’t take any (proper) photos today. Instagram truly irritates me. Need to reorganise photos on here.

Interesting, the Squarespace blog software seems to be calibrated to Aus(?) time (still?) — it thinks this was written/published on the 6th. It’s still technically the 5th in the UK. Odd. Wonder if I can fix that.
